Control access to a project
Treat access to the Heidi project separately from access to the generated or published app.
Use it in Heidi
Grant access through the workspace or project boundary that owns the work, using the smallest role that fits the person's job.
Keep the work reviewable
Keep the page, task state, and visible evidence together when you ask for help. That gives Heidi enough context to continue without inventing progress or making you restart.
Verify the result
Verify the member can reach only the intended workspace and projects, and that generated-app access has not changed accidentally.
